18 Things Nameless Daoist Learned Being able to adapt to a new environment will show maturity and that you are able to glean learning opportunities from situations that might be uncomfortable. Learning often requires you  step out of your comfort zone   to reflect on what you can do differently in the future. Even negative experiences provides opportunities to learn and grow. The result maybe positive or negative, you have to go forward. Communication forms a piece of your self-concept, and it encourages you to comprehend yourself as well as other people.
